The CoachCompass® system is based on the client-centered, counseling theory aligned with the clinical counseling work of Carl Rogers, and supports that each individual being served individualistically and uniquely in response to where they are and what they want to achieve in their present position or situation affords a more consistent approach and measurable outcome to coaching services, organizational development and succession planning.

The Coach Map allows for creation of a customized action plan.   It can be easily learned and applied by even a novice coach. 

Note: Unlike traditional assessments, the diagnostic used within this system refrains from categorizing the person in a static position, indicating the present situational starting position or standpoint in which to choose the most appropriate career services, strategies and tools.
