Welcome to the exciting world of the CoachCompass® system. We are committed to your success!!!In order for you to benefit from this entire program, you will need to register for this course. Before you register for The Intro to CoachCompass® Training, please read and confirm your understanding of the following:This is a computer-based introductory course, designed to be in a self-directed format, however, blended to include Coach Time and workbook materials. As an introductory course, you will enjoy an introduction to client-centered and competency-based, performance coaching; the theory upon which the CoachCompass® system is based. You will also receive a general understanding of the use and workability of this method as a complete coaching system. It is our hope that after the completion of this course, you will be able to apply the benefits of this system to your coaching business and to your clients. This course is built in a progressive learning format, with each step progressing on to the next. It requires the correct and timely completion of all quizzes, work assignments and coaching hours before moving on to the next level.

The general pre-requisites for optimized learning in this course are:

Basic computer knowledge
Knowledge of the internet and use email, file attachments, etc.Knowledge of career services within career coaching, career counseling or the career community (as in Human Resources)
Prior certification or some experience working with people in career transition, career succession or career development (training).

Other requirements for optimum course benefit are:

25 total dedicated hours to learn and apply this new system, inclusive of adequate planning and participation time for coach chats and conferences.Access to 56K modem or greater on a PC platform (IE set as the default)
Commitment to course completion in reasonable time frame (90 days)

Upon total completion of this course, you will be eligible to purchase a site license, (if you choose) and other tools and supports that will enhance usability and ease with this system.
