Career Development for Individuals and Organizations

Career Development is the acquisition and building of skills, abilities, and talents developed toward a worthwhile goal. Career Development strategies promise to fulfill the individual need to become and remain continually marketable.  Career Development allows the individual to recession-proof a career by targeting GAP areas and identifying key success components.  Career Development also works as an effective tool to minimize costs of downsizing.

Vocational Individual Assessments and Programs

Vocational Assessments, most typically for children and youth, ensure proper identification of innate talents, skills, and interests for which they are best suited.  These assessments also direct the parent or young adult into appropriate vocational areas that will best celebrate innate gifts and guarantee professional progression. 

Often vocational assessments will target specific areas of vocational weakness or poor grades, thereby allowing for redirection of efforts.

Vocational Assessments are offered to individuals from age 8 through adults and to select groups or organizations who are looking to identify these attributes within their client or customer base. More Info
